How are we linking with the Philippines?
We are assisting Lighthouse Christian College in connecting with two Christian schools in the Philippines;
- Pulilan CRC School – Ps Rizaldy & Jackie
- Little Light learning Centre; Danao, Cebu Ps Ricky & Bhing, to help encourage them and to see them grow and flourish.
How our connection began – Ps Phil and his family traveled to the Philippines in 2008, and during this time visited the Little Light Learning Centre, which was a newly pioneered school with many needs.
Aims/Objectives:
To see the schools grow and bring salvation to those in their area.
To take students, parents and teachers from Lighthouse Christian College for a life changing inter-cultural experience.
To minister the love and encouragement of Christ to the students and teachers.
To take/send supplies for schools as needed.
To encourage and visit the local churches and Christians.
